Return and Refunds Policy
For hygiene reasons, personal grooming items, audio sound equipment, cosmetics, pantyhose, jewellery for any body piercings, and prescribed & non-prescribed medication cannot be returned, except where defective.
The re-dispensing of a medicine which has been returned is prohibited.
Pharmago, Delivery Partners and or registered Pharmacies will accordingly not accept the return of any medicine for credit or replacement
unless there is a defect in the medicine or its packaging at the time of supply, or if an incorrect medicine has been dispensed.
Should you wish to return items received, you are to;
Direct an email to email@example.com, detailing all visible defects and or incorrect items delivered together with pictures of items received, your full name, contact detail and purchase invoice, within a period of 2 hours of order being delivered.
Any requests for returns shall be resolved between you and the relevant Pharmacy; your respective rights and obligations being as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
PharmaGo, its delivery partners and or registered pharmacies reserves its right to reject a return request should it deem that any medicines or other products were tampered with or not in its original packaging.
